Towera joined SALC in August 2020 and has over 20 years experience working in the NGO sector.
She has studied Office Management and Human Resources with UNISA and has a certificate in Project Management and a secretarial diploma.
Prior to joining SALC, Towera worked for the Open Society Foundation, Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation and the Tshwaranang Legal Advocacy Centre.
