Governance: Getting on Board

The focus of this session will be to equip grassroots organisations and movements on matters relating to governance, specifically with the executive board. This session is in response to feedback from grantees on how they can enhance their board capacity. This session will look at understanding the board, the role of each board member, board selection criteria and how the board can support the organisation achieve its purpose.
