Pieter Steyn

Pieter Steyn is a corporate lawyer with experience in corporate governance, competition law, and other areas of the law. He currently heads the Black Economic Empowerment Practice at Werksmans Attorneys and serves as the chairperson of LEX Africa.

Pieter is a member of the International Bar Association and also a member of the Committee on Competition Law of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.

He holds a BSc (LAB MED) LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and LLM (Competition, Patent and Trade Law from the University of South Africa.
