Pieter Steyn is a corporate lawyer who has experience in corporate governance and competition law, among other areas of the law. He currently heads the Black Economic Empowerment Practice at Werksmans Attorneys and is a chairperson of LEX Africa.
Pieter is a member of the International Bar Association and also a member of the Committee on Competition Law of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.
He holds a BSc (LAB MED) LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand and LLM (Competition, Patent and Trade Law from the University of South Africa.
