SALC Amicus: Moyo v Attorney-General

The Malawian Centre for Human Rights, Education, Advice and Assistance (CHREAA), appeared as amicus curiae in the matter of Evance Moyo v The Attorney-General before the Constitutional Court of Malawi. The applicant and amicus challenged the provision that juveniles are to be detained at the pleasure of the president.
